Procedures for Prospective Students

The list is a summary of the procedures for our prospective students at Ephraim School and should help guide you through this process

1. Purchase an application form for N5,000.00
2. Submit the completed application form with the following documents:
3. 2 recent passport photographs (not less than 6 months old).
4. The most recent academic report card from your child’s current school.
5. Applicant’s character testimonial from the current school.
6. Parents living outside Lagos must provide the name and contact details of a guardian living in Lagos.

• Successful candidates will be informed via SMS, email or phone call
• A provisional letter of admission is issued for collection.
• Acceptance letter signed and returned with all required payment.
• Payments are made to designated banks or via POS on school premises.
• Accounts department receives the bank slip/draft and issues a receipt.
• The receipt is very important so please keep it safe.
• The student meets with the Head of Department (Admission and Academics) and is allocated to the appropriate class.

Admission Criteria: To be eligible for admission into Year 7, candidates must be at least 10 years of age by 31st of August in the said year.

Note:    Students can also be admitted during the course of an academic year.

TUITION AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES

School fees are usually stated at the beginning of the admission process for a specific academic year.

For new students, the fees include the cost of the prospectus, a registration fee (a once-only payment), tuition, textbooks, school uniforms, co-curricular activities, educational software, and PTF levy.

School fees may be paid annually or termly but are due two weeks to resuming a new term.

Transfer transactions to the assigned Ephraim School Accounts will be accepted.

The School reserves the right to change the fees listed here prior to the opening of any school year.

However, every effort will be made to give ample advance notice of such change.

Note:   Please note that withdrawal from school requires a term’s notice in writing to the Head of School.

School Tuition, Uniform, and School Bus fees are only payable at WEMA Bank while Admission form fee is payable by electronic payment channels:-online (internet) funds transfer and the POS terminal in the Accounts Office.

Direct lodgement of CASH into the school’s bank account is permitted, but payment by personal/company cheques is not allowed.

Transaction notification details/advice can either be brought to the Schools’ Account Office or forwarded to our e-mail address below for acknowledgment and issuance of official receipts for the updating of child’s record.

Please note that it is important that the Schools’ Account Office should be notified when payments of any sort are made into any of the Schools Bank Accounts to ensure our records are updated appropriately.

Kindly note that fees paid are NON REFUNDABLE
